Now, they're back!On March 27, 2009 beginning at 8pm at 1st Avenue in Minneapolis, Substance presents: Manifestation, featuring Sage Francis, Building Better Bombs, B. Dolan & Cecil Otter of SFR and Doomtree, and the God Damn Doo Wop Band, and including: Host-Tish Jones, Spoken Word by El Guante and See More Perspective, Speeches by Louis King of HIRE MN, DJ Verb-X, Live Art, and more, beyond entertainment.
